This seatstay to dropout plug is machined from 5/8" 1018 steel. It is 5/8" OD and has a step with a 3/8" radius to fit the seatstay tab on all of our steel and stainless steel flat dropouts. The other end is cone shaped to accommodate most seatstays at almost any angle.
