Ordering

  1. Orders may be placed by phone, fax, e-mail, or online.

  2. We strive to maintain a stock of all items. The length of time required to machine back-ordered items varies; you can be notified when items are back in stock by clicking on the "Notify me when this product is in stock" on the product page.

  3. Clearance items are not available for back-order.
    Please order in advance for best delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM PST may not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 2 PM with expedited shipping may not be processed until the following business day.

  4. We accept most major credit cards and Paypal as payment methods. To request Net 30 terms, fill out our credit application and fax it to (510) 232 -3533 or scan and e-mail it to orders(at)paragonmachineworks.com.

  5. Paragon Machine Works is closed on Saturday, Sundays and the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Orders placed on those days will be processed on the following business day.

  6. Split shipments requested by purchaser are considered two orders and are priced accordingly.

  7. In order to honor a California Resale Certificate, we must have a signed certificate on file (we cannot accept your Seller's Permit). Click on this link to fill out a California Resale Certificate form. To place orders online, we will need to create a tax-exempt account for you in our webstore software. Please call or e-mail to make these arrangements.

  8. We cannot accommodate requests to combine separately placed orders.


International Orders

  1. For international shipments, the purchaser is responsible for customs fees, brokerage charges and taxes. This applies to any package that crosses the US border. We do not have control over import charges, please contact your local customs office with questions/concerns.
  2. We offer DHL and FedEx for international shipments.
  3. We cannot accomodate requests to designate your shipment as a "gift" or to falsify invoices so that item costs appear lower.

Shipping

We do not make a profit on our shipping. We charge enough to cover our costs which include insurance, packaging, and the labor involved in filling out the necessary documentation.

  1. International shipping option: DHL, FedEx.
  2. Domestic shipping options: USPS, FedEx
  3. We offer alternative shipping methods within the above carriers but additional fees may apply. If so, you will be notified prior to order confirmation.
  4. If you would like to use an alternative shipping carrier, we will work with you to coordinate your shipment; you will be responsible for all fees incurred for the alternate shipping method.
  5. Once your order ships, your tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was provided. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folders; we are happy to resend your tracking number if needed.  We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery.
  6. When choosing expedited shipping keep in mind that pick-ups are late in the day Monday - Friday. Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. For optimal delivery with expedited shipping, place your order before 2 PM on a Monday or Tuesday.
  7. We cannot accomodate requests to designate international shipments as a "gift" or to falsify invoices so that item costs appear lower.

Pricing

  1. Dropouts and shims are sold as pairs; most other parts are sold by each.
  2. Half pairs of dropouts are available at sixty percent of retail price (not available for online purchase).
  3. Product specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

Discounts

Discounts are based on quantities ordered. We do not offer additional dealer discounts.

  1. Order 10-24 parts and receive a 7.7% discount off retail price.
  2. Order 25-49 parts and receive a 15.4% discount off retail price.
  3. Order 50+ parts and receive a 23% discount off retail price.
  4. Quantity discounts do not apply to clearance or promotional items, or items that we resell from another vendor.

Disclaimer

  1. Paragon Machine Works guarantees all work against defects in material and workmanship.
  2. We are financially liable only for the cost of our product(s).
  3. In no event shall Paragon Machine Works be liable for incidental or consequential damage.
  4. We are not liable for components that have been welded, brazed, soldered or modified in any way.
  5. We try to ensure that the information on our web site is correct, but we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. We greatly appreciate being notified of incorrect information.

Defective Parts and/or Items Sent in Error

If you receive a defective part or we make an error in your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase and we will send you the replacement parts at no charge. A return shipment label will be provided so that you can return any parts sent in error.


Return Policy

  1. Products must be returned in original condition within 30 days of invoice date.
  2. A credit will be provided for items returned within 31 - 60 days of invoice date.
  3. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
  4. All returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  5. Returns are not accepted on discontinued or clearance items.
  6. We do not accept returns on skewers.
  7. Credits will be refunded through the original form of payment.
  8. When returning items:
    1. Include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice.
    2. Wrap the items carefully. Refunds will not be given for damaged or previously used items.
