• We require a dimensioned and toleranced drawing to machine a part.

• Prototype work is unpredictable, a price quote will be given after start of production.

• Ongoing prototype work will be billed on a weekly basis.

• Work is billed at our current shop rate (one hour minimum).

• Charges include time spent on consultation, design, drawings and labor. 

• Materials costs are billed separately.

• Written acceptance of our quote and a purchase order are required prior to production.

• Payment is due upon receipt of product or invoice (ongoing work).
